All-on-4 replaces a full arch of teeth using just four strategically angled implants, eliminating the need for bone grafting in most cases. The final bridge is fixed — not removable — and patients leave with functioning teeth the same day. It’s one of the most effective solutions for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth, and our team has performed the procedure since its early adoption in the US.

A single dental implant replaces both the visible crown and the root beneath it, preserving the surrounding bone and keeping adjacent teeth from shifting. Unlike a bridge, no healthy teeth are altered. The result looks, feels, and functions like a natural tooth, and with proper care, implants are designed to last a lifetime.

When several teeth are missing, implants can support a fixed bridge without involving healthy neighbouring teeth. Depending on how many teeth need replacing and the condition of the underlying bone, we’ll recommend the most conservative option — whether that’s individual implants, an implant-supported bridge, or a partial arch solution.

Smile in a Day™ uses dental implants to immediately replace failing, damaged, or missing teeth in a single appointment. It’s suited to patients who need extractions alongside implant placement, or those who have been told they’re not candidates for conventional implants due to bone loss. You leave the same day with a fixed, functional smile.

Patients who have been told they lack the bone density needed for standard implants often have another option: zygomatic implants. Rather than anchoring in the jawbone, these longer implants fix into the zygomatic (cheekbone), where density is reliably sufficient. This eliminates the need for bone grafting and can dramatically shorten overall treatment time.

For patients who prefer a removable solution, or who are not candidates for fixed implants, we fit complete dentures and implant-supported overdentures. Overdentures attach to two to four implants for significantly better stability and bite force than conventional dentures, while still being removable for cleaning. We’ll walk you through which option fits your bone structure, lifestyle, and budget.
