From No Function to a Natural Smile

Patients desire overall was to be able to socialize again as her friends were ashamed to take her anywhere due to her existing teeth. Patient presented with no function left in her dentition, the teeth were mobile and flared out with heavy wear on them. She also had an existing implant on tooth #7. Her wish was to get a new natural smile that fit her face. We were able to use her preexisting implant in the All On Four and added three more on the top and four more on the bottom to create the natural smile that she desired. She was very happy with the results.
